RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase from la boutique PARIS. If an item does not meet your expectations, differs from its description, or if there is any other issue, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Please send an email to bonjour@laboutiqueparis.com, mentioning your order number in the subject line and clearly describing the matter in your message.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return your order under the conditions outlined below.
Return conditions
La boutique PARIS accepts returns for items that are sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Before returning an item, you must request a return by email and receive our approval.
Returned items must be in exactly the same condition as when they were delivered: unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original labels attached and in the original packaging.
Return process
To initiate a return, please email bonjour@laboutiqueparis.com, stating your order number in the subject line and clearly explaining the reason for the return.
If your request complies with our return conditions, you will receive written confirmation approving the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be refunded.
Once approved, we will provide you with all necessary return details, including a return number, return address, and a return form. This form must be completed fully and included with your shipment to prevent delays or additional customs charges. Please also clearly mark the package as “returned goods.”
The return shipment must be dispatched within five days after receiving approval. We kindly ask you to inform us by email of the courier used and provide the tracking number once the package has been shipped.
La boutique PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by insufficient or incorrect customs documentation. Incomplete or non-compliant returns will be refused and sent back to the sender. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been received by us. Items lost or damaged during transit will not be refunded, therefore we strongly recommend using a reliable courier and insured shipping method.
Refunds
If your return meets our policy requirements and is received within seven days after you have received the return instructions, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by our payment service provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount, as these costs are incurred regardless of a return.
Order cancellation
Order cancellations are possible only before the order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email bonjour@laboutiqueparis.com, mentioning your order number in the subject line and clearly stating your request.
If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued, minus a transaction fee of up to 2.9% (depending on the method of payment) of the total order amount.
