CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from la boutique PARIS. If an item does not meet your expectations, differs from its description, or if there is any other concern, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@laboutiqueparis.com, stating your order number in the subject line.

Below you will find the distinction between order cancellation and returns.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Order cancellation is only possible before the order has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email bonjour@laboutiqueparis.com with your order number in the subject line and clearly state your cancellation request.

If the cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded via the original payment method, minus the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment service provider. These costs are incurred at the time of payment processing and cannot be recovered.

The transaction fees per payment method are approximately:

  • PayPal: 2,9% of the transaction amount (+ fixed fee where applicable)
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): approximately 2%–3% of the transaction amount
  • iDEAL: free
  • Bancontact: 2% of the transaction amount

Returns (After Delivery)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • A return must be approved by us in writing before the item is shipped back.
  • Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as delivered: unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original labels attached and in the original packaging.

La boutique PARIS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email bonjour@laboutiqueparis.com, stating your order number in the subject line and clearly explaining the reason for the return.

If your request is approved, you will receive written confirmation along with detailed return instructions, including:

  • Return number
  • Return address

The return shipment must be dispatched within five (5) days after receiving approval. Once shipped, you must provide the courier details and tracking number by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received by la boutique PARIS. We strongly recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method. Items lost or damaged during transit will not be refunded.

La boutique PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays, customs issues, or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Refunds

If the returned item complies with our return policy and is received within seven (7) days after you have received the return instructions, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Payment processing fees (as outlined above)

Payment processing fees are deducted from the refunded amount, as these costs are incurred at the time of the original transaction and are non-recoverable.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
